Localization. Innovation. Through-Life Engineering.

Cavalier Dynamics Technologies is an engineering and industrial services company focused on the design, development, maintenance and localization of defense and industrial systems. The company brings together mechanical, electro-mechanical, systems and manufacturing engineering disciplines under a single organization, enabling it to support customers across the full life cycle of a platform — from initial concept and reverse engineering through prototyping, qualification, series production and long-term sustainment. Our purpose is to build durable engineering capability inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so that critical defense and industrial systems can be developed, maintained and improved locally rather than sourced from abroad.
  • Current Capabilities and Experience.

Cavalier Dynamics Technologies possesses expertise and experience in the following areas:

The company’s capability set has been built around four mutually reinforcing pillars. Each pillar is supported by qualified engineering personnel, structured processes and documented quality controls, and each is scalable as customer requirements grow.

Research and Development

• Mechanical systems design
Concept definition, structural and kinematic analysis, material selection and detailed design of mechanical assemblies, delivered as production-ready drawing packages with full tolerance and interface control.
• Electro-mechanical systems
Integration of mechanical structures with electrical drives, actuation, sensing and control hardware, including wiring architecture, power distribution and functional testing of the completed assembly.
• Military support equipment
Design and development of ground support, handling, transport, test and calibration equipment engineered to withstand demanding field and climatic conditions.
• Reverse engineering and product development
Dimensional and material characterization of existing parts, reconstruction of technical data packages, and re-engineering of components where original design data is unavailable or the original supplier is no longer active.
• Prototype development and technical documentation
Rapid fabrication and iterative testing of prototypes, supported by complete drawing sets, bills of material, assembly instructions and qualification records that allow a design to be transitioned into series production.

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)

• Depot-level repair support
Planned and unplanned repair of assemblies and sub-assemblies at depot level, including disassembly, inspection, repair or replacement of worn items, reassembly and functional acceptance testing.
• Obsolescence management
Identification of parts and materials approaching end of life, qualification of alternative sources, and re-engineering of obsolete items so that ageing platforms remain fully supportable.
• Reverse engineering for legacy systems
Recovery of missing technical data for older equipment, enabling local manufacture of spares and reducing dependence on original equipment manufacturers and extended supply lead times.
• Technical inspections and condition assessment
Structured inspection regimes, non-destructive evaluation where required, and condition reporting that allows customers to plan maintenance activity and forecast spares demand with confidence.
• Sustainment support for military equipment
Long-term in-service support covering spares provisioning, maintenance planning, technical publications and field assistance to maximize availability and extend service life.

Technical Services and Training

• Technical manpower support
Provision of qualified engineers and technicians on short-term or long-term assignment to reinforce customer maintenance, production and project teams.
• Operator and maintainer training
Structured classroom and hands-on programs that build operating, fault-diagnosis and repair competence, delivered at customer facilities or at company training locations.
• Engineering consultancy
Independent technical advice on system selection, design review, failure investigation, life extension studies and localization feasibility assessments.
• Technical inspections and condition assessment
Structured inspection regimes, non-destructive evaluation where required, and condition reporting that allows customers to plan maintenance activity and forecast spares demand with confidence.
• Preparation of maintenance procedures
Development of maintenance manuals, inspection checklists, task cards and safety instructions written to recognized technical publication standards.

Industrial Engineering

• CAD/CAM design
Three-dimensional modelling, detailed drafting and computer-aided manufacturing preparation, including toolpath generation and fixture design for machining and fabrication.
• Manufacturing process development
Definition of production routes, process sheets, tooling requirements and capacity planning to move a validated design into repeatable, efficient manufacture.
• Quality assurance and inspection systems
Implementation of documented quality plans, dimensional and material inspection regimes, traceability records and corrective action processes aligned with recognized international standards.
• Industrial project management
End-to-end management of engineering and industrialization projects, covering scope definition, scheduling, cost control, risk management and structured customer reporting.
  • Areas of Activity

The company intends to support localization and development activities in the following domains:

These domains reflect both the company’s existing technical strengths and the priority areas identified by the Kingdom’s defense industrial development programs. Activity in each domain is intended to progress from support and services towards design ownership and local manufacture over time.
• Land Systems
Engineering, modification, repair and life-extension support for wheeled and tracked vehicles, trailers, shelters and associated mechanical sub-systems.
• Electro-Mechanical Systems
Actuation, drive, positioning and control assemblies, including the integration of electrical and electronic hardware with mechanical structures.
• Military Support Equipment
Ground support, handling, lifting, transport, test and calibration equipment used to operate and maintain defense platforms in the field and in workshops.
• Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
Scheduled and corrective maintenance, component overhaul, depot-level repair and in-service support for equipment already in operational use.
• Technical Training and Knowledge Transfer
Development and delivery of training programs that transfer engineering, operating and maintenance know-how to Saudi personnel.
• Reverse Engineering and Product Development
Recovery of technical data for existing items and the development of new or improved products where no suitable local solution exists.
• Industrial Manufacturing
Machining, fabrication, assembly and integration of components and sub-systems under controlled quality and traceability conditions.
• Defense-related Research and Development Applied research, feasibility studies and technology demonstration work directed at practical defense and industrial applications.
• Integrated Engineering Solutions
Combined packages that bring design, manufacture, training and sustainment together under a single point of technical and commercial responsibility.
